Hudson Valley Credit Union is currently recruiting for the position of Contact Ctr Spec I. Primary Function: interact with members via Contact Center delivery systems and build and enhance member relationships by identifying and recommending solutions to members' financial needs.
Responsibilities
- Provide internal and external member service by responding to calls in all in-bound queues related to product information, account details, loan applications, establishing new accounts for existing members, etc. Conduct outbound calls as directed. Establish long-term financial relationships with members by identifying needs and recommending solutions, including Credit Union Business Partners.
- Identify, research and resolve member issues by providing knowledgeable and professional service. If needed, escalate concerns using the appropriate channels. Contribute to the attainment of organization, department, and personal sales and service goals.
- Comply with Contact Center Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) goals such as, adherence to schedule, average handle time, quality monitoring scores, etc. Actively seek and implement feedback from supervisor to ensure performance expectations are being met.
- Consistently contribute to Credit Union’s initiative of continuous improvement by communicating suggestions that will enhance revenue, reduce expenses and/or streamline and improve operations.
- Adhere to all Credit Union policies, procedures, and regulatory agency requirements. Participate in all required and recommended training and development including, but not limited to, Bank Secrecy Act training (BSA) and demonstrate attained knowledge. Participate on Credit Union teams, projects and strategic initiatives when the opportunity arises. Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.
- Embrace and apply HVCU’s guiding principles to all activities and responsibilities. This includes the Credit Union’s Mission, Vision, Core Values, Employee and Member Value Propositions, Sales and Service Model, and commitment to Lean Six Sigma practices. Hudson Valley Credit Union is currently recruiting for the position of Commercial Loan Officer. Primary Function: counsel prospective commercial loan applicants regarding the specific commercial loan programs that are appropriate for their financial circumstances and assist them in completing the process of obtaining a commercial loan in accordance with Credit Union and regulatory guidelines. Covers Putnam, Westchester & Rockland territories.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the development and maintenance of internal and external relationships for referral sources within the community including, but not limited to, HVCU branches, realtors, attorneys, accountants and other affinity groups. Attend functions relative to the position to build rapport within the community.
- Respond to and follow up on customer inquiries and leads from all sources.
- Recommend Credit Union commercial loan products to members that would best serve them, advising them of the risks and benefits of the loan alternatives, including options and variables involved. Based on member need, identify opportunities for referral to other Credit Union products and services.
- Maintain and develop the portfolio of existing commercial loan members, responding promptly to all inquiries and requests and utilize approved methods to record the details of all efforts.

- Follow up with members, as necessary, to obtain required documentation. Provide assistance as required to the Processing and/or Underwriting areas in order to ensure a quality loan decision.
- Prepare for and attend Commercial Loan Committee meetings and assist in closings, as needed.
- Perform on-going and consistent collection efforts/workout for assigned delinquent members. Document efforts in the file.
- Adhere to all Credit Union policies, procedures, and regulatory agency requirements. Participate in all required and recommended training and development including, but not limited to, Bank Secrecy Act training (BSA) and demonstrate attained knowledge. Participate on Credit Union teams, projects and strategic initiatives when the opportunity arises. Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.

Responsibilities:
- Assesses participant’s physical and functional needs, along with psychosocial status and needs, home safety, family caregiver burden, etc. utilizing professional knowledge, skills of observations and interviewing skills.
- Completes assessment documents, problem lists and interventions and other documentation required for appropriate data collection and analysis as part of a quality assessment and performance improvement program.
- Develops and implements the home care components and works with other team members to develop a comprehensive Interdisciplinary team plan of care based on the needs of participant and caregivers, and goals mutually acceptable to the participant/family and significant others.
- Monitors effectiveness and outcomes regularly and keeps the team informed as to participant progress and level of need. Remains alert to pertinent input from other team members, participants, and family members/caregivers.
- Reviews and revises goals and approaches to member/family care in coordination with interdisciplinary team members.
- Communicates with primary care providers and center nurses as needed to coordinate medication, ancillary tests and functions such as home blood draws as needed.
- Directs the provision of personal care, nursing rehabilitation tasks and other work of Home Health Aides and Geriatric Caregivers in the home.
- Documents changes in the participant’s condition and details care provided by completing all required documentation and ensuring compliance to Agency standards and policies.
- Travels to patients’ homes and/or other facilities using approved transportation options to deliver direct care to the participant as appropriate within the regulations.

BASIC FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
This Guest Services Attendant is responsible for welcoming and assisting prospective and current guests at the resort. Responsibilities include assisting guests with their luggage and valet parking. BASIC FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Gift Shop Clerk must provide outstanding customer service, proactively make sales to meet and exceed budget, keep all areas neat and clean, and keep shelves stocked and managers aware of anything that needs to be ordered.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
•Operate the register, including normal sales, handling multiple methods of payments including gift cards, room charges, credit card charges, and also including other register functions such as voids, returns, and similar functions.
•Maintain proper balance in cash drawer and in personal bank.
•Open and close shop including cash drawer check-ins and check-outs according to accounting procedures.
•Learn and retain all Soda Fountain food and drink preparations.
•Assist customers with gift and soda fountain purchases, imparting product knowledge when applicable.
•Present a friendly, positive, and helpful demeanor.
•Develop an understanding of sales skills in a shop environment sufficient to provide an effective level of customer service and performance.
•Develop an understanding of the products sold in the shop sufficient to provide an effective level of customer service.
•Take an active role in stocking shelves.
•Check in parcel, noting any discrepancies, and price items.
•Assist with weekly newspaper reserve list and magazine stocking and returns.
•Contribute ideas and suggestions, in order to achieve improvements in all aspects of the shop’s performance both individually and as a member of the shop team.
•Take an active role in keeping stock room neat and orderly, in ensuring continued stock supply, and in maintaining stock record accuracy.
•Contribute to the general tidiness and cleanliness of the shop and conform to associated company procedures and policies. Participate in the housekeeping of all shop areas to include folding clothing, dusting, sweeping, mopping, cleaning soda fountain machines, etc.
•Perform regular, daily housekeeping tasks, including special projects.
•Actively learn and implement new ideas, methods and skills.
•Comply with and implement all of the organization’s policies and procedures.
•Exercise vigilance to prevent shoplifting.
•Comply with cost-reduction measures.
•Comply with Departmental Standards, All Employee Service Standards, and Gift Shop Clerk Standards.
•Maintain a presence throughout the Gift Shop and engage shoppers.
•Work productively and efficiently with or without supervision when performing routine tasks.
•Listen carefully to Guest/Customer orders and requests, as well as Supervisors’ instructions and requests.
•Maintain a flexible work schedule including days/nights, weekdays/weekends, holidays, and during peak periods of business.
•Maintain a calm, friendly, efficient manner at all times to guests and co-workers.
•Adhere to Mohonk Mountain House’s Dress and Grooming Standards; presenting a neat, clean and well-groomed appearance and maintaining a positive, professional image to our customers.
•Learn and successfully demonstrate the Mohonk Mountain House Service Steps with Service Strategies with guests and staff.
•Learn and retain knowledge of historical facts and information about Mohonk Mountain House.
•Develop and maintain positive working relationships with other staff.
•Answer guest questions with accurate information and demonstrate a friendly and helpful personality by smiling, eye contact, initiating conversation and engaging with others.
•Reach with hands and arms, bend, kneel, stoop, twist and flex arms, walk up and down stairs/inclines, sit, climb up/down ladders or stand for up to 5 hours at a time.
•Fold clothes, operate cash register, and prepare Soda Fountain items.
•Inspect the work of others by touch, sight, sound and smell for conformance to prescribed standards of cleanliness.
•Lift up to 40 pounds from ground level to counter level and carry a distance of up to 50 feet with/ without assistance. Walk up to 5 miles per day.
•Maneuver carts or dollies safely with loads up to 200 pounds up and down stairs, elevators, through passageways or outdoors up to 200 feet.
•See close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
•Speak, read and write the English language and communicate in a clear and congenial manner, with our guests, visitors and employees. Hear verbal instructions, directions and warnings.
•Perform basic mathematical skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division and perform and record cash/credit transactions accurately.
QUALIFICATIONS:
•Hospitality and retail experience a plus.
